2025 Retreats at Idylwild
with Jaime Ehrenberg
Three-day immersive retreats in the foothills of Tennessee to help you feel
more alive,
connected to your purpose,
and grounded in who you truly are.
Hello, beautiful.
My guess is that you made it to this page because something sparked in you when your friend shared these retreats with you via text...
when the newsletter made it into your inbox...
or a photo captured your eye during your scrolling.
You felt a strong desire to:
-
Slow down
-
Take some time to focus on just yourself
-
Connect with other like-minded women on a journey to live their one, wild and precious life
Because somehow, you’ve gotten away from that but you'd like that to change.
Welcome. You’re in the right place.
At Idylwild Retreats, you will have time and space to unwind in a beautiful setting. You’ll feel the joy and beauty of the foothills of Tennesee the moment you drive down the quiet, slow road to Idylwild. When you breathe in the fresh air of this rural location and listen to the bird song and watch the fireflies, layers of stress and worry will melt away.
Each day you’re with us, every part of you will be supported: your physical body, spirit, emotions, energy and mind.
You will leave the retreat you sign up for feeling so refreshed and connected to yourself - the self that you know, as well as the new parts of you that you’ve just met.
After this time away to focus on you, you can arrive back home, to work and to your family feeling like the best version of yourself so that you can show up as you truly desire to.
At Idylwild Retreats, you can step away from your day-to-day life to spend time in nature, in community, in guided and solo practices that will rejuvenate every part of you.

These retreats are for you if...
And you want to do any of this with a group of amazing women in a beautiful, natural setting

The Property
At Idylwild Retreats, you'll have access to almost 200 acres of private land to explore, with river access to wet your feet and watch the water flow, and dark skies for stargazing.
Idylwild is a 78 acre property in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee that includes mostly hilly, second growth forest, a natural spring, and ephemeral stream and a historic cemetery. The land was home to iron ore mining during the civil war but was never developed. The woods include many tree and mushroom species, and magic seems to abound if you sit still and listen. And we can't wait to share this magical, restorative place with YOU!

-
Daily guided practices to deepen your inner knowing and connection to self.
